I have been Loong the Learner since the early 90s when I first get into BBSing. I keep the moniker to remind myself that I am learning everyday.
So it's 'feel free'(fuel free)for those on foot and bicycles...
... and public transport, which is supposed to be further improved with the money save in oil subsidy.
yes, recent newpaper reports more and more people, even some working as managers start going to work by bus and LRT.
